Even the most brilliant strategy will fail if the underlying culture is rooted in fear, silos, or a lack of purpose. In my work with leadership teams across the Greater Copenhagen region, I focus on the "invisible" 90% of the iceberg: the values, beliefs, and psychological patterns that determine whether a strategy will fly or fail.

My expertise

In my 15 years at ABN AMRO bank, including 8 years as a Facilitator of Transformation, I learned one fundamental truth: Strategy doesn’t execute itself, people do.

A strategy is only as strong as the culture that supports it. Whether a plan leads to results depends entirely on the level of commitment within the team. I work with leaders to uncover what is truly happening beneath the surface, addressing the unspoken fears, misaligned values, and hidden dynamics that block progress.
