Terms and Conditions

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by Sanne Scheffer, located at Jan den Haenstraat 28 E, 1055 WG Amsterdam, The Netherlands. By participating in workshops, training sessions, and other guidance sessions, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Payment
Registration for a workshop, training, or guidance session can be done via the online registration form, Hipsy, by email, or by phone. After registration, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation and Refund for Workshops and Sessions
Note: For retreat cancellations, please see section 4.
Cancellation of participation in a workshop or session must be made in writing (by email to sanne.eva.scheffer@gmail.com). The date the email is received will be considered the cancellation date.

4. Cancellation of Retreat Participation by the Participant
Cancellation of participation in a retreat organized by Sanne Scheffer must be made in writing (by email to sanne.eva.scheffer@gmail.com). The date the email is received will be considered the cancellation date.

In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies to the total cost of the retreat:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the official start date of the retreat: The participant will receive a 50% refund of the total cost. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover costs already incurred and administrative fees.

• Cancellation within 30 days of the official start date of the retreat: No refund will be issued. The full amount of the retreat remains due.

• No-show at the retreat: No refund will be issued. The full amount of the retreat remains due.

If a participant is unable to attend, they may find a replacement, subject to prior written consultation with and approval by Sanne Scheffer. The original participant remains responsible for the full payment until the replacement participant has completed the payment. An administrative fee for such a change may be charged.

Sanne Scheffer strongly advises all participants to take out adequate travel and/or cancellation insurance to cover any potential cancellation fees in case of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation by Sanne Scheffer
Sanne Scheffer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop, retreat, training, or session due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by Sanne Scheffer, the full amount paid will be refunded, or a new date can be arranged in consultation with the participant.

6. Liability
Participation in all workshops, training sessions, and guidance is at your own risk. Sanne Scheffer cannot be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from participation. Sanne Scheffer is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during any activities.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal information shared during workshops or guidance sessions will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's explicit consent. Sanne Scheffer complies with GDPR regulations. Personal data will be used exclusively for administrative purposes and for communication related to the workshops and guidance sessions.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during workshops or guidance, such as texts, images, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Sanne Scheffer and may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation.
